Die gekaufte Märklin-LOK funktioniert nicht. Es ist unseriös für etwas so viel Geld zu kassieren, wenn es in keiner Weise zu gebrauchen ist. Da der Verkäufer weitere ähnliche Artikel zum Thema Modellbau anbietet, ist davon auszugehen, dass er sich mit diesen Dingen auskennt und dass dem Verkäufer bekannt war, dass es nicht funktioniert. Auch wenn "keine Rücknahme" angegeben ist, erwarte ich ein faires Verhalten,sonst muß ich Absicht unterstellen.
