I’m not at all happy with this comment.Firstly, we had arranged twice for you to collect the sofa and both occasions you cancelled at the last second which is extremely rude & inconsiderate as I had to rearrange my work. Secondly, I didn’t ‘ghost’ you,I kept you informed that ebay don’t allow refunds to be sent whilst an open case is unresolved. I even sent you a screenshot to prove this. All you had to do was wait 2 days as now the refund is sorted. In 6 years this is my only negative feedback.
