The hat was packed very well and is in nice shape. The only issue I had is that the box was a tiny bit snug and the brim was turned up a bit. But I bought it for my husband and he assures me it'll be fine. So, all is well. Thank you.

Pretty dress but the seam under the right arm to nearly the waist was split. The hem all around the right armhole also undone. This was not noted at all. Bummer. Was not looking for a wounded bird and to have to do such repairs.
