      Very friendly and helpful seller. Good communication. Seller dispatched the order immediately, and the item is as described - brand new in unopened factory packaging. Many thanks! Shipping was handled by Korea Post and Parcelforce Worldwide (UK). Delivery was delayed on UK side by customs processing and the New Year public holiday. Parcel arrived damaged with cardboard box split open on two sides. Fortunately, the item inside was not damaged.

      High quality/value product shipped promptly and in excellent condition with original tags. Appearance is new as described. The only gripe I have was that the advertised size was mens 10D for both pairs. But unknown to the seller, the package contained 1 pair in 10D and the other in 10EE. I will have to take the 10EE to the cobbler to adjust the boot to fit me. In defense of the seller, when I contacted him he offered to give me a discount as compensation which was to my total satisfaction.
