        I am not sure what "damaged" refers to with this purchase. This item was sold as "parts not working". The video in our listing shows that the switches work, but we stressed that there was a part missing and that we were unable to test it. You received this item on March 24th and I have not heard from you since you requested a full refund for this item while it was still in transit.to you. If it was damaged in transit, you should have reached out to us within 30 days. Today is May 7th.
