    It appeared new upon arrival. I would have preferred that the item be better packaged for shipping. It was shoved into a plastic shipping envelope without any other packaging or wrapping and the plastic shipping bag had torn on the corners exposing the blanket. I had already planned to wash it upon arrival, but I’m thankful it wasn’t damaged during shipping. Overall, a positive transaction minus my suggestion to use better shipping materials.

    Item shipped quickly, but either the box was already damaged or it wasn't packaged well. The box is damaged and the seal is broken, so I wouldn't classify it as new or this should have been indicated in the description. Also there was a sticker on the front of the box I had to carefully peel off. The figure itself looks okay and legit otherwise.
