Upon opening, a piece of the top ornament holder had broken off. The ornament itself was not damaged. I don't think it was the seller's fault - I emailed to let them know that I was planning to keep as I think I have unused ornaments whose hangers should fit to replace. Seller replied with apology for the damage.
