It is not worth the effort..the seller did not make a way to accommodate an old woman who made a mistake in ordering a VHS tape that no one uses and hasn't for 40years. My wife and I take pride in our store and do our best to prevent issues. I accepted the return in line with eBay’s Money Back Guarantee and the return terms outlined in my listing, offering a full refund once the item was returned. I also informed the buyer that USPS offers free home pickups so they wouldn’t need to leave home. The buyer only mentioned being unable to return the package after I had already accepted the request.
