I received an email from ebay telling me the seller cancelled the transaction and refunded me because "The seller is either out of stock or the item is damaged." No message from the seller explaining further or apologizing. How do you list an item (which required you take scan it) and then either can't find it or "discover" it is damaged later? Why would you not extend the courtesy of communicating directly with the buyer? Poor business.
