      Was shipped in a plastic bag and came ripped with deep scratches all over, drastically changes the appearance and makes it not worth the money spent! I’ve had no reply when contacting the seller

      We sent it in new condition and packed in thick protective foil, and so far there have been no problems. Unfortunately, this time the courier did not handle it properly during transport, and the slide got slightly scratched, which unfortunately was beyond our control
