The seller showed no remorse or empathy and expected me to file a claim with the P.O. on my time when I was the one to receive the damaged item. I requested a refund and was told I needed to go to the post office, to get compensation. I thought the seller was unreasonably rude, and acted like they were doing me a favor to get the issue resolved. If they had just wrapped the item better, no issues. The box was not damaged.
