      The process was good. The watch was radio-controlled but didn't work properly, couldn't set and wouldn't keep correct time. Can't blame seller. I went against my better judgement when I could tell from the photos that it wasn't running and needed a battery or some work. My positive is based on the buying experience, not the product. The watch was as much as was presented by the seller.
