Even after i gave him clear information to send me the correct part for my vehicle he still managed to send me the wrong part. then he expects me to pay for the return label where he says he will pay me back, but outside the ebay system,. basically he thinks im stupid enough to trust him and think he will pay me back after i spend more of my money for his mistake and think he will send me the refund via an outside paypal account while he is located in china.
