    Very disappointed. The Funko arrived completely damaged — box crushed, figure broken, and loose parts inside. The seller used almost no protection for shipping, which clearly caused the damage. For an item worth over €100, this level of care is unacceptable. The seller refused to take any responsibility or accept a return, forcing me to open a PayPal dispute. Poor packaging, poor service, and no accountability. Definitely not recommended.
