Items are sent Within 1 day after purchase, Unless they are bought Saturday , it means the item will not be dispatched till the coming Monday morning due to the Post Office being closed, If you really need the item dispatched the same day please contact us.
We Fully Comply With UK DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS (DSR) and returns are accepted within the first 14 days if the item is unopened/unused. The item must be in new condition and unmarked. If you have received the item in damaged or defected condition, the item can be returned and it will be replaced or refund. If you are not happy with the item, and you would like return the item, the Return postage fee's will be paid by the buyer. Please contact us through eBay messaging system before sending the item back to us, and all returns will need to have a note attached explaining the reason of return/replacement request along with buyer's eBay ID.
