    the buyer is unable to provide correct address data and the post office is unable to deliver the parcel -but this is clearly the seller's fault, and therefore a negative review should be issued to the seller. Opinion of an inexperienced user who does not want to understand how this system works. After receiving information that the shipment could not be delivered we refunded the payment without waiting for the return to reach us - we probably made a mistake in assuming buyer good will
