We ship 300 to 500 orders/day and package rolled the same way in perfect condition for all posters. Never have such complaints. We do not control how the postal services handle packages nor their delay in the holiday season. We only use their services on our buyers' behalf. Never heard from the buyer to have a chance to fix by simply cutting a piece and EMAIL it to us for refund or replacement. Sellers Beware-Trigger happy-NEW buyer.
