Il D.lgs. 206/05 (codice del consumo) prevede che il diritto di recesso sia esercitabile dalle sole persone fisiche (consumatori) che agiscono per scopi che possono considerarsi estranei alla propria attività commerciale.

In che cosa consiste?

Il consumatore ha diritto di recedere dal contratto entro il termine di 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce, restituendo il bene oggetto del recesso al venditore, il quale gli rimborserà la somma versata.

Come si effettua la spedizione di rientro a Maranello Web Fashion S.n.c.?

Dopo aver attivato la pratica di recesso è necessario inserire l'involucro originale contenente la merce in un imballo apposito, in modo tale da salvaguardare gli involucri originali dei prodotti da qualsiasi danneggiamento, scritta o alterazione. Maranello Web Fashion s.n.c. si riserva il diritto di rifiutare la merce pervenuta nell'ipotesi di mancato rispetto della procedura sopra indicata.

Nel suddetto importo sono comprese le spese di spedizione. Il rimborso potrà essere accreditato nelle seguenti modalità: conto corrente del richiedente oppure conto Paypal del richiedente.
