Samples are folded, not rolled. Think this should be mentioned in the listing as I'm sure some customers, myself included, are buying these relatively expensive samples for use in projects.

Sorry to see you have left us neutral feedback. Our samples are folded to ensure that shipping costs are kept to a minimum. If we rolled these the Royal Mail would charge 4or 5 times the price, and the vast majority of customers would not pay this. Happily, the majority of our customers ar happy with the size and condition of our samples. If you require wallpaper for a project, we advise buying full rolls.

Received incorrect samples ordered. Endless messages from seller ‘we do not offer refund on samples’ - informed them to keep the 2 x £3.99, they obviously need it. Btw - samples are small and creased.
