Very small item to charge $7.15 for shipping. Could have been put into and envelope with a stamp.

Shipping charges are disclosed on all my listings. The item in question is not wasn't a letter. The USPS classifies it as Parcel mail. There is no longer First Class mail. The letter does not have tracking information, the Parcel does. If the package gets lost or stolen, there is no way to track it if it is a letter.
