Who in The World would package and send a pack of pencils in an unpadded plastic bag and thinks they’re going to arrive in good condition?
Most of the pencils are broken inside as you would expect; it’s a rookie move and a clear oversight by ‘Clearance and Sales’ Store not to transport the pencils in a very robust padded packaging.
Now im forced use a knife because I can’t sharpen or maintain a regular fine point.
