Item described as "solid brass". There is no brass in this product. It is cheap thin metal sprayed with a brass colour and feels weak and fragile. Messaged the seller about this - seller didn't deny there was no brass in it. Asked for a partial refund, seller instead said they felt 'blackmailed' and had reported me to eBay authorities... Duh. Save yourself some bother and move on.

Customer demanded a partial refund with the threat of negative feedback if we didnt comply which is against eBay policy. They were simply offered the oppotunity to return the item for a full refund if they were unhappy.
