The item did not turn up as stated, I messaged the supplier and they told me to go to the collection point but there was no delivery for me or any reference to pick it up, I then messaged the supplier again and asked for a refund and they said they would send another which didnt turn up either, I have again asked for a refund and await thier reply, I have now sourced the item elsewhere.

The buyer chose to have this delivered to an eBay collection point and it was delivered to there but could not be found. We sent a replacement via next day delivery which was refused upon delivery with no reason provided. We immediately refunded the buyer after we found out that happened.
