Worse, rather than being given a prompt refund after requesting one following a two-week wait for item to appear, I was “invited” to waste even more time to give the item a chance to appear. The USPS shipping situation is an uncontrollable factor. In response to the buyer's claim that they have not received the product, we have also stated that we will process a refund for them. And it should be noted that due to the possibility of slow bank refunds, it will take 1-3 working days for the refund to be returned to his payment account. But the buyer continues to threaten, they need receive the money immediately.
