We bought a set of books from this seller and they wrote that all the books were in excellent condition. However one of the books had mold all over it. When we asked for a refund to replace that volume, instead of being accomodating, the seller refused to give what was a fair amount to replace it and would only give back $12 after going back and forth. I typically would have just let it go. (They are a used set after all) But the seller listed them in Excellent condition.

We are sorry you were not satisfied. During the pick up, you and your wife checked all the books and left without any complains. When you told me about that one book, you wanted a higher refund, and i was just asking you for a lower amount, it's not that i refused, the amount of refund you like is what's not fair. I listed the book months ago or even 1 year ago, they were stored in a box. They were in excellent condition when i posted them and i cannot control the wear and tear.
