Sorry I hate doing this but so many wrong things, Firstly it does not hold 5 kilos, secondly the light only lasted not even an hour, thirdly the fan and light is not in the right place either. Lastly a big knot in wood almost going right through and lots of gaps. I think for what I paid it is not what it was advertised to be. Very disappointing and hope my biltong will be okay now as light broken and no instructions given at all.Lucky I don not buy 5 kilos of meat as is stated otherwise I would
