Seller refused to work with buyer after purchasing the wrong item. Buyers beware: When this seller says "no returns" he means it, including exchanges. He will not help you. Look elsewhere.

This is a classic textbook example of buyer’s remorse because buyer chose not to contact me before making a purchase decision. The listing clearly identifies this new vintage product as being “platinum” color, and buyer was insisting on acquiring a beige brown colored Apple mouse. I do not have this color available in “factory new” condition. Buyer used eBay’s messaging function to demand other products and complain about Apple’s manufacturing method of labeling products from 35 years ago.
