Il consumatore, in conformità al Decreto Legislativo 22 Maggio 1999 n.185 (Attuazione della direttiva 97/7/CE relativa alla protezione dei consumatori in materia di contratti a distanza) ha diritto di recedere da qualunque contratto a distanza, senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo entro e non oltre il termine di 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce. Il suddetto decreto definisce consumatore "la persona fisica che agisce per scopi non riferibili all'attività professionale eventualmente svolta". Questo diritto è perciò esercitabile solo da coloro che acquistano come persone fisiche per scopi personali non riconducibili alla propria attività lavorativa. Restano dunque esclusi da questo diritto tutti coloro che acquistano come persone giuridiche per scopi inerenti ad attività commerciali e indicano quindi nell’ordine la partita IVA. Il diritto di recesso si esercita con l'invio, entro il termine previsto, di una comunicazione scritta mediante lettera raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno all'indirizzo del venditore presente su E-Bay. Al consumatore sarà rimborsato l’importo da lui pagato per il bene acquistato, decurtato di 2,00 (due,00) EURO per le spese bancarie/commessioni PayPal e di gestione. Sono escluse dal rimborso le spese di spedizione che non sono di competenza del venditore.

L'importo netto sarà rimborsato entro 30 giorni dal ricevimento della merce restituita, via bonifico bancario o tramite conto PayPal.

The overall cost was outrageous for 4 o-rings but what can you do, if you live on the other side of the world and need them. The seller was fine and 10 euros for post is I guess ok. But 4 o-rings would cost 1 euro to make if that. Formula brakes are good but you pay for it in spares.
