When I received the wrong item, the seller was very responsive and made every effort to retrieve my item from the customer who had received it by mistake. They were also quick to offer a refund when no reply was received. They provided a label for the return, and were again very responsive when a system error kept it from uploading into ebay. My refund processed the same day they received the incorrect figure back. Though I did not get the item I had wanted, I received good customer service.
