I purchased my cane about a week ago. Today the bottom got a little wet from my garden hose and it took the finish right off. Now it looks like dirt! WHAT A PILE OF FIREWOOD!!! So if you get coned into buying one of these canes I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO GET IT WET. I just can't believe how it now looks. In order to make it right I need to go out and buy stain and polyurethane. I'm outraged. I never read, " DO NOT GET YOUR CANE WET"
