Delivery was “estimated” by Friday 10th, but item was not even despatched until then. Item therefore arrived 4 days later than I was expecting and after the event for which I required it. If the listing had said “despatch by 10th” I would not have ordered.

Thank you for your positive feedback feed back & your comments, Unfortunately for you when you placed the order it was during the Bank Holiday & the centre was closed so it was dispatched on the last day of dispatch. For this we are very sorry & I only wish that you had said something about needing the item for a certain date because I would have been more than happy to have gone into the dive centre for you, alternatively if you had selected express delivery this would have been done for you.
