Boots described as NIB w/one blemish on one heel. They arrived with spots all over both boots up and down -a few looked like mold. Wrote to the seller, attached photos asking her to advise me - she asked what I would like to do. Told here I would like to return them for refund. Instead of simply agreeing to that, she told me, "you will have to invoke eBays Return Policy - Cheers!" - as if she thought I wouldn't get anywhere. Well, it didn't take eBay a day.
