The product arrived in time for the event however the seller did not follow the instructions . The name was presented in an abnormal way (the initial being a different font to the rest of the name and on a separate line) . Really disappointing as there is no time to correct this. The design makes no sense and there was no communication prior to engraving and sending despite my efforts.
Would have been a fantastic product if done correctly.
