Very poor quality goods, and not as described (no magnetic catch, so cover won't stay shut). No use to me at all, so explained this/complained and asked for a refund. Was offered 2 quid back, which I declined and asked for a full refund. Recieved a wierd response, but no refund. I then followed up with them, and they replied that they would ONLY provide a refund after I gave them postive feedback 1st(do not try bullying tactics on me!). I escalated the issue to Ebay, and eventually got a refund.
