Arrived quickly, new and sealed but I do not believe it is a genuine Emma Hardie balm. So different from the same product I have bought many times direct from the Emma Hardie in the past. E H Moringa balm is a buttery consistency with a herbal aroma. This is very oily with small lumps in it and no aroma which makes me think it is an imitation product, not the genuine article although the seller disputes this. Using it as I had totally run out. It does work as a cleansing balm - just not EH.
