Initially, I was sent only two left ear cup replacements. As you would expect, was entirely disappointed. That changed, however! I contacted the seller, after a bit of exchange, and they offered to send me the appropriate ear cups for my headset. It took a long time to get them (shipping from China), but I'm pleased with the seller's willingness to assist in getting me the right product. I'll be sure to keep this seller in mind when buying future ear cup replacements.
