Possibly the worst buying experience I've had. I received the item promptly although in an A4 card envelope. Once I asked for an exchange of size which Saira agreed, there was ignoring of messages, delay in responding to the agreed exchange and after 2 weeks, the seller did not re-send the agreed size out, insulted me with a partial refund and finally 2½ weeks later, received a full refund. Never again and how are they able to have an eBay business with the lack of customer service?
