A very unkind and unfair buyer, imagine buying a handcrafted product, which clearly states a dispatch time of 1-2 weeks and messaging 5 days after ordering, demanding to know where your item is, then leaving negative feedback less than 24 hours after you messaged, because the seller was working that day, this was before you even received your order! I kindly apologised for being unable to reply straight away and asked if they would be remove the negative feedback, I even dispatched early :(
