As it's custom made, there was a small leadtime before despatch. This was clearly explained immediately after purchase. Once despatched, it arrived very quickly. Built quality is good, it's 3D printed so obviously you can't treat it like it's bombproof, but that's no problem. Very helpful support offered regarding the software flashing too.
