Our bikes comes with full warranty on all components (excludes labour and transportation charges).
All bikes are despatched in boxes, but please realise that boxed cycles are large bulky items to transport and as such may get the odd mark or scratch in transit.

All quoted P & P costs shown are for mainland UK only and any overseas P & P will be calculated on an enquiry basis according to weight and volume, in busy times this can take a couple of working days as we are wholesalers and only open Mon – Fri.
At the time of us booking larger items with couriers for Highlands and Islands, surcharges may apply, but we will advise and give options if this is the case.

Large items such as bicycles, require a signature so please have the item sent to a location where someone will be available all day to sign for it.
Delivery for courier items is normally 1-2 working days, but Highlands and Islands can be longer.
