    The packaging used was insufficient to protect a delicate electronic device, bcuz the height and width of the device exceeds the box dimensions. The device was causing the package to bow, and when it arrived one side was popped open as there was only one small piece of tape on each end which couldn't keep the box ends closed. The device is for sleep and relaxation but it makes a static/ buzzing noise every 5 mins or so which is quite irritating and NOT conducive to sleep!
