The seller uses false advertising. What they advertise as XL is in reality a Small, a very small. They fail to even say to adjust for Asian sizing, if that is what they are using. Then they try to refuse a refund, offering a small amount and telling the buyer they can resell the shirt. Bad business practice. They try to wear down the buyer with another low offer, then finally cave in and refund the money after all that back and forth caused by their own false advertising.
