Item arrived with hole in. After many messages back and forth. They agreed to send another balloon. It never arrived. Have requested refund. No communication will contact eBay.

Complete lies. The balloon was used as admitted by the buyer so did not arrive damaged. There is a hole right next to the valve that they used to inflate the balloon which has clearly been done when accessing the valve. We agreed to send another even though this was the customers fault and sent this 1st class. We have shown the buyer evidence of this, showing when it was scanned by the Royal Mail but as it did not arrive in time for the party they now want a full refund and to keep both orders.
