Cheap velcro lead to shoe constantly coming undone....my little granddaughter kept tripping over...no replacement even after constant messages to supplier....they have told to return but might not get a refund if they have been worn ....I have explained in countless email only to be asked to get repaired locally ....I don't buy new shoes to do this I explained.... poor quality & actions from supplier...��
