"Dragon Ball Z – Season 1" is the first season in the sequel to the original series, assembled into a six-disc set. Called the Vegeta Saga, this story follows a man named Goku, a super-powered martial artist from another world. Accompanied by his loyal friends, Goku sets out to save Earth from aliens who would see it destroyed. "Dragon Ball Z – Season 1" includes a long storyline and plenty of martial arts action. This six-disc set includes every episode of the first season and has been remastered for sharper, more vivid animation. Other features of this anime set include revised English dialogue, access to the original Japanese dialogue, a 24-page book, and a number of behind-the-scenes features. "Dragon Ball Z – Season 1" includes 39 episodes for 900 minutes of footage.
