The shipper, FEDEX, held up shipment because duty + taxes. Claimed they could not reach me via phone. even gave my e-mail contact as per Fedex site request for updates. So finally powered my way through the gauntlet of the Fedex tracking site to talk to customer rep. Told about the taxes, paid and shipped next business day. FRACK!!!
