Buyer first claimed it was "Not Copper", then when we offered a full refund upon return, he claimed he had altered it. We said to return it anyway, we will refund your full amount. THEN, they claimed that they had given it away. We said to get it back and return it and we would still refund. Now a neutral? It WAS copper and they just wanted a refund with no return.
