If you are from north America or the UK, these items are sized for your woman. I wear a xxl in the states depending on the manufacturer. I bought a 4xl knowing asia sizes garments differently. I couldn't get my arm in the sleeve. My girl weighs 118lbs. It fit her perfectly. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR UNLESS YOU ORDER AT LEAST 6 SIZES BIGGER THAN YOU WEAR. THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN DUE TO THE THREATS OF LOST ITEMS. They don't want it back because shipping is EXPENSIVE.
