It was heavily used. Binding cracked, ripped, very poor appearance, heavily written in inside. answers to the questions were filled in by previous owners, book needed to be recycled not sold as new. THEN shipping information was not provided and the item arrived over a week late. However, the seller wanted the item returned to them in a fast manner.
