Received item in good condition, but packaging was ok. Controllers were bubble wrapped, some paper and foam between PS3 system, but not bubble wrapped. I’m thankful you used UPS instead of FedEx or DHL who knows what condition I would have received it in. All works well. Had to update system software. PS store works. Controllers work. A few scuffs on the console, but chest cosmetic. I am satisfied with my purchase. Thank you very much.
